- Job Title: T24 Data Migration Lead
- Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 3 Full-Cycle Implementations)
- Location: ONSITE (INDIANS ONLY)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end Temenos T24 data migration workstreams across a minimum of 3 full-lifecycle core banking implementations.
Define the enterprise data migration strategy, scope, mapping, and validation rules for T24 modules and legacy systems.
Conduct data workshops, gap analysis, and reconciliation reviews with executive business and technical stakeholders.
Prepare functional specifications, data cleansing rules, and complex migration runbooks, and support UAT.
Coordinate with technical and development teams to oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) cycles.
Provide post-migration support, validation reporting, and user training on data verification processes.
8+ years of Temenos T24 experience with a strong focus on data migration and functional consulting, including at least 3 completed implementation cycles.
Strong understanding of core banking database structures, data models, and T24 modules.
Proven experience in complex data mapping, extraction, cleansing, validation, and client interaction.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
